Join Trish as you are introduced to oil painting at Studio UFO. This workshop is geared to those who wish to try oil painting without investing a lot of money in supplies until they are sure oil painting is for them. All supplies will be supplied by Studio UFO AS WELL AS EASELS, boards, & chairs.
Constructive feedback can help take your art to the next level. There is always room to grow and develop as you make your piece the best it can be. Trish will provide an impartial evaluation of your painting, including the do's and the don'ts, fundamentals & your voice.

I use many different mediums, such as clay, acrylics, and pastels and many different surfaces. Experimenting with oil on metal such as the one depicted here, Gooseberry Driftwood on copper. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
Because of a magical childhood growing up on Lummi Island with one foot in the water and one foot on land I am continually inspired by "living on the edge."
